Kaparot (symbolic "atonement")

Kaparot (symbolic "atonement") is a Jewish rite before Yom Kippur (the holiest day in Judaisme). The rite consists of waving a chicken over one's head 3 times while reciting the appropriate text, and after slaughtered is donated to charitable cause.
