The Monterey Bay has seen a resurgence in marine life since it became a protected Marine Sanctuary. The past couple of years have seen incredible runs of bait fish, which brings humpback whales (also protected) in great numbers. People come from all over the globe to watch these amazing animals from shore, from kayaks and Whale Watching boats. These whale watchers were not disappointed!
