Kerkyra

Corfu Town, or actually Kerkyra, is the capital of Corfu. In the eastern part of the island, the former Venetian occupiers created a pastel-coloured sea of houses. Perhaps that's why you feel more like you're in an Italian city than a Greek island capital. The historic old town is the heart of Kerkyra. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2007. This view of the rooftops of the town and the old Venetian fortress was taken from a new Venetian fortress. And actually, I suspect that it's not that easy to take photos from this location at the golden hour because it was already closed at 3 pm.
