15th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Travel
Khan El Khalili, Cairo, Egypt
When visiting Khan El Khalili, the scenery and architecture was breathtaking, especially at sunset. What was more amazing was the amount of people walking around all day. They were the heart and soul of this location and I wanted to capture their movement down one of the roads to emphasize this.
