Kiluea Firehose

In 2017 at the G-61 lava ocean entry a huge collapse of the lava delta occurred leaving the lava tube exposed at around 80' high. This occurrence lasted for only a few weeks, but it was only viewable from land, not by boat for a very short amount of time. I was very blessed to be able to witness this event with the right timing and gear to capture the lava firing into the ocean as it explodes.
