Kissing Northern Gannets
This is one of the many close-ups I made on Bonaventure Island when I spent the day with the Northern Gannets. The birds are so many. They constantly engaged in different activities and my camera just kept on clicking and clicking... I love the blue of the Gannets' eyes matching the blue of the sky and the blue of the water. I also love their elegant mating rituals: they dance, they bow, they point their heads upwards and they elegantly touch their bills. It is definitely a unique experience.
