This impressive black/golden armor is one of the gems of the National Military Museum (Musee d l’ Armee) of France, located at the complex of buildings of “Hotel National Des Invalides” in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. It protected almost completely the knight and his horse, and its very fine work and decoration makes it also an outstanding piece of art.
