Kok Boru is a traditional sport in Central Asia, still very popular nowadays. It is the ancestor of the modern polo. The goal is to throw the corpse of a goat into the goal area. The games can become extremely violent. This has been shot during a winter training in the countryside outside the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek.
