Kori Bustard - Dress to Impress

Kori Bustard - The largest flying bird, is an opportunistic omnivore that is native to Africa. During the mating season, the male holds his head backwards, puffs his throat to a big white balloon, and raises his tail upwards towards his back (seen here). This picture was taken in Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania, after a rainy morning, making the colors around Mr. Kori more vivid, and making his "outfit", stand out even more
