La Pinochada
Women are the stars in the Virgin of the Pine procession, also known as "La Pinochda", of Vinuesa (Soria, Spain). This tradition remembers an old battle won by this village with the help of women. Wearing the regional dress, they carry blessed pine branches that use to hit men once the procession ends.
