I stayed in Lo Manthang, a village in Upper Mustang region of Nepal, for three nights in April '16 whilst on a solo trek. Fascinated by the livelihood of people of that region I set about documenting their daily life. I joined a group farmers, mostly women, as they worked on their fields. Women are usually the ones doing the laborious work - toiling away with spading forks.
