This is a festival in Namur (Belgium) - the ethnic orchestra is playing while cruising the streets and people enjoy the music. I believe these are two sisters, one of them has a mental condition making her sensitive to the noise of the loud drums, so she is closing her ears and hiding the face in the caring embrace of her sister.
