Lake Hawea is one of New Zealand glacial lakes formed during the Ice Age. Lake Hawea is located on the south island of New Zealand in the Otago Region near the town of Wanaka. I was waiting for sunset to capture the peaceful beauty of Lake Hawea and the alps that surround her.
