Larmes de Bleu ( Tears of Blue )
Early morning can open your eyes to things you never saw before, but have seen many times. I have walked past this fountain countless times during the day and have never noticed its beauty. Not until I walked past it in the early morning hours, when it was lit with blue lights, did I take notice and stand in awe of its magnificence!
