This location is at the John Bunker Sands Wetland Center in Seagoville, TX. There is an area just outside of the welcome center that is dedicated to visitors being able to walk over in order to view the large variety of natural settings available just outside of Dallas. This area also just played host to two new eaglets over the Spring.
