My wife and I visited Whitefish, Montana and Glacier National Park over a long weekend in late October. It was our first visit to the area. Sunday afternoon was sunny, so we decided to walk to the municipal beach and downtown area via the city's river walk, a very nice footpath that follows the contours of the Whitefish River. This particular setting was so serene and postcard-perfect that I had to stop to capture the memory.
