Laughing Thrush
There were about a dozen of these White-Crested Laughing Thrushes at the Bukit Batok Nature Park, Singapore when I visited end of last year. This species is highly gregarious, usually found in flocks which mostly feeds on the ground, and have loud, discordant calls (Lekagul and Round, 1991). I was fortunate to be able to shoot him at a close range.
