Lavaux Vineyard

The Lavaux vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stretches from the castles of Chillon in the east to Ouchy in the west. The various agricultural areas and micro climates influenced by the lake Geneva and the retaining walls enable the production of wines that are delicately different from each other. There are eight different production regions, each one developing wines with particular tastes an bouquets.
