Le Mont-Saint-Michel

We were traveling in Brittany and wanted to take a look at Mont-Saint-Michel. During the day we were on the coast in the north. At some point we thought that the moment had come and started, further and further in the direction of Mont-Saint-Michel. We knew that the direct access is not possible and were looking for some point in the landscape where we could see it anyway. We came closer and closer to the point and at the same time it became later and later and the sun disappeared. At some point I turned onto a dirt road without knowing where it was leading. Once we could see our destination briefly. Then again the view was blocked and I drove on good luck. Half an hour before sunset, our path ended at a crossroads between two fields. And right there we suddenly had a fantastic view of the sublime Mont-Saint-Michel.
