Fox cubs grow quickly and they have to learn many skills in a few short weeks. In rural Northumberland the foxes are truly wild and to approach them for photography requires hours of patience and impeccable fieldcraft to avoid detection. In perfect light this well grow youngster was practicing leaping in the air as it chased its siblings.
