Legend of the Hoodos
A legend of the Paiute Indians, the original inhabitants of this land, claims that the pinnacles of Bryce are ancient "Legend People", Hoodos, who were transformed into stone. To me this represents the collective temples of Persepolis, Egypt, Greece and India; built not by man, but by Nature.
