This man rides his bicycle to the Saigon Central Post Office every day to write letters in any of several languages for those who are illiterate or unfamiliar with the language they need the letter translated to. He is a throwback to the days when most of the population in Vietnam were unable to read or write. His fee is whatever his customers can afford and feel is a fair price.
