Life of orphans in the temple

Located about 100m from National Highway 1A, Hai Son pagoda (in Le Uyen village, Xuan Phuong commune, Song Cau town, Phu Yen province) is known as a place to take care of many abandoned children since birth. According to Sister Thich Nu Minh Chon - abbot of Hai Son Pagoda, since its establishment in 1998, implementing the motto of good life and good religion, the temple has always received, cared for and nurtured abandoned children, helpless, in order to contribute to the State in doing good charity work, creating conditions for children to stabilize their lives with love and physical and mental care. "Currently, the temple is taking care of 43 abandoned children, orphans and children with extremely difficult circumstances. Here, the children grow up in the love, support and guidance of the nuns and themselves. Your body always knows how to rely on and unite with each other like a biological family," said Sister Minh Chon.
