As I was walking around the old city of Bhaktapur, Nepal, I was struck by the slow pace that seemed to accompany every aspect of life. This photo captures a man who is enjoying the warmth of the mid-afternoon sun outside his apartment. As I walked past, he smiled and although we could not communicate, I thought I must capture the tranquility that is present in this moment.
