Lifestyle of a baby olive baboon
Babyy baboons spend much of their life clinging to their mothers. The baboon troop is always on the move as it forages and to keep up, the babies need to hitch a ride on mom. The ride may be on mom's back but is often via clinging to the underside of mom so they can easily nurse. This young baboon is torn between wanting to plan and wanting mom's milk. The milk won.
