12:45am - September 11, 2017 - Redondo Beach, CA This is one single exposure taken as a lightning storm passed along the coast of Southern California. This type of occurrence is rare for the area and lasted for a few hours around midnight. it was humbling to witness such a striking display of Earth's beauty, and made me grateful to have had the opportunity to witness and capture such an incredible event.
