It was the Labor Day weekend and most of the local folks had taken their last outing of Summer. And it was getting too cold for tourists. So, we did find 2 vacancies on a helicopter tour to the top of the Knik Glacier, near Palmer Alaska. We, of course, joined the group. The blue waters on top of the Knik Glacier in Alaska, looked so unreal, that I thought it needed a person to show its scale and contrast. Fortunately, there was not a lack of people around, from our helicopter plus another that was close by. The spots of bright blue on the water puddles looked so unreal, that I decided to add sunday's form the side to accentuate them even more.
