The Cinematographer, Emma Dalesman, makes last adjustments before the actress is called on set. She looks a touch like magician and a little bit like a (crazy) scientist – I think elements of both are to be found in her craft. Since she is a person I have learned from a lot, this photograph of Emma is especially close to my heart.
