Little Sheep

We had just met our host family that we would be traveling across the Altai mountins with. It was their winter migration, moving their herd of sheep, goats, cows, camels, and horses over 100 miles to reach their Spring residence. The family was packing up the home when we arrived. The youngest of the family, nicknamed "Little Sheep" took my hand and led me to the outdoor barn where the calves were being kept.
