Taken in Kulusuk, a small fishing village of around 200 on the remote coast of East Greenland. During the brief summers, the sea thaws enough to allow for water fishing, but for the majority of the year, the frozen sea becomes an extension of the land, and skilled hunters and their loyal huskies must venture onto the ice to hunt for their prey.
