Gankoyama is a sustainable tree house village in the mountains of Chiba, Japan. This photo is of one of the accommodation huts. We went to live in the village to learn about survival and eco living in the Japanese forest; foraging for our own food and being taught about protecting the permaculture of the environment by local people living in the mountains.
