Lock and Key of Love
On our final day in Santiago, we came across their version of the ‘lock bridge’. It was a dreary day, and we were the only ones on the bridge except for group of flirting teens. It struck me as funny how the drive of locals and tourists to place these locks seems to be the same throughout the world, but this was the only instance where I could recall seeing a key tied up along with the locks. So on an overcast day over the muddy Mapoche River, I took this photo of the key to someone else’s love.
