This picture shows adoption day for a child in California foster care. Logan overcame many obstacles including exposure to drugs, premature birth, diagnosis of cerebral palsy and inability to eat requiring a feeding tube. At a age 1 he was matched with his forever family. On this special day we officially announced our enduring commitment to Logan.
