As a resident physician, I have come to treasure the time I have in quiet solitude, the peacefulness and tranquility that comes with spending my late evenings on the beach after a full day's work. One of these evenings, there was a lone fisherman on the beach with me, and when he sat, after his full day of work, he represented to me that quietude that I felt.
