Lying on the ground, looking at leaves sway fills one with a unique sense of calm and peace. This is especially true, at least for me, when the view isn’t crowded with an over abundance in the way of visual clutter; a minimalism in view. It’s also always a bonus when the leaves offer momentary relief from the sun. All this seemed to come together when I was lying down under a bamboo: the minimalism of the bamboo, the way it was shaped, the sun. A photo was definitely called for.
