This is a shot seen from a lookout point on North Franklin Mountain on the west side of El Paso. From this shot you can clearly see a large portion of Ciudad Juarez in Mexico. In the far distance writing on a mountain in Juarez is visible and it reads "la Biblia es la verdad, leela" which means "the bible is the truth, read it".
