The observation deck at the Empire State Building was packed as sunset approached. This youngster was totally absorbed by the view of lower Manhattan through one of the Tower Viewers, while his father was keeping an eye on his sister. Tower Viewers or observation binoculars, have been a part of the American tourist experience since 1934.
