21st Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Artistic
Lost in the city ~ rush hour in downtown Los Angeles
The photo was taken from inside a car of the downtown Los Angeles rush hour as twilight faded and weary commuters crawled home. With alteration from Photoshop, it pictures the organized chaos of the Los Angeles freeway interchange, the site of the recent fire that temporarily closed that part of the freeway down.
