During my trip to the south of Thailand this year, I met Uncle Nop followed him around the Songkla lake, Uncle Nop lives at village called Pakpra on the shore of Songkla lake, south of Thailand. He lives by fishing in the lake and by collecting the red lotus stem to sell in the village.
