Made this image in Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary. Great Indian Hornbills are beautiful.Moreover most of the things related to the bird are pretty interesting.Its a very long distance shot.In this image a pair of Great Indian Hornbills are seen in a courtship display.The one on the left is actually on the air while its trying to feed its partner berries mouth to mouth. On close observation we will find both the beaks are interlocked while the berries are being transferredThis is an amazing dispalay of behaviour in this species.The action was happening in the air and it was far off.Photographing this sort of behaviour is pretty tough.
