16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Mobile
low tide on Miyajima
Miyajima is magical and sacred island near Hiroshima. As I arrived it was still high tide. But during the day the water slowly faded away and all visitor were able to take a walk near the (usally floating) Itsukushima Shrine.
