Lupine At Sunset.

A friend of mine told me about this field of lupine near her home knowing I would want to photograph it. I went there late on an overcast day because I love that kind of light for photographing wildflowers. I photographed this field for a couple of hours using different lenses and making many different compositions. A few days later the property owner mowed down all the lupine to begin construction on a new home. I'm so glad I got the chance to photograph these lupine before they were all gone.
