Sugar hill, NH is famous for it's Lupins. I have taken the pictures during the day time but capturing them during the night with the milky way rising was an experience I can never forget. Finding the Lupins in dark, light painting the foreground, waiting for the milky way to be at the right spot and fighting the ticks was all worth it.
