The view from “Morro do Pai Inácio” is one of the most famous postcards in Brazil and, in my opinion, also one of the most beautiful. Chapada Diamantina is the northenmost part of a massive mountain range which runs for more than 1000 km in the states of Minas Gerais and Bahia. It is also the divisor of two big Brazilian biomes - the Cerrado and the Caatinga.
