This photograph was taken during our family epic Journey to the remote Himalyan region of Zanskar valley based in the western extremities of the Indian Himalayas close to the Borders of China & India.This Region is one of the most remote in the Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir and winter Temperature drips to -50 Degree Celsius.There are no paved Roads to reach these places because of the extreme Climate and the Valley of Zanskar is open only for Six Months in a Year.The photograph shows the greater massif of the famous Nun Kun Mountains at a height of more then 3500 Meters above Sea Level.
