Make a Living in the white-flowered mangrove

Bau Ca Cai mangroves is planed planting Lumnitzera racemosa (commonly known as the white-flowered mangrove) to natural breakwater and improve the ecological environment under the climate change and sea level rise. This project which is sponsored by Green Climate Fund and UNDP( United Nations Development Programme) in Quang Ngai( a central province of Viet Nam), is named “Strengthening resilience to the impacts of climate change for vulnerable communities along Viet Nam’s coast” Bau Ca Cai mangroves will be allocated to local people to protect, associated with the development of ecotourism and contributing to income improvement and sustainable poverty reduction.
