Making soybean sauce

Soybean sauce is a very common spice in Vietnamese meals, especially in rural areas. Soybeans sauce are made from fermented glutinous sticky rice with soybeans and salt they mix them all together in large jars, after 3 months will produce a liquid spicy, it’s deep yellow color and fragrant. We used to use soybeans sauce to braised fish and eat with boiled vegetables.
