Mu Cang Chai is the mountain area in the northern part of Vietnam , the minority ethnic people called Hmong living around these areas , they are specialise in agriculture by turning these mountain to terrace and cultivate rice and vegetables. Every year before the rainy season starts during May and June the Hmong will prepare their terraces and fill in water in order to grow rice, after 3 months they can collect the rice.
