One day I was watering a hanging basket of flowers when a very angry bird flew out of the basket. I thought it was a bit odd but didn't give it much thought until it happened a second time. I then got a step ladder and discovered a nest with three babies. After that I watered only the edge of the planter and tried to do it when mom was away. The picture is of mom waiting for me to leave so she could feed the babies all sorts of delightful tidbits.
