I was on a small group trip on the Mekong River in Laos. Ban Pak Sik was the first village we visited after crossing the border into Laos. The village people welcomed us and gave us a village tour. I then separated from the group and wandered around on my own. I saw this man sitting on the porch of his house and asked if I could take his photo. He agreed, and this is the one I liked best.
